Hi Friends,
I’m currently hiking the John Muir Trail, and it has been 29 years since the first time I hiked this trail and exactly 10 years since I published the book about that trip (Almost Somewhere). Writing a book takes a long time, especially for me because I’m an incredibly slow writer. This has as much to do with the many times I need to revise as it does for my need to be outdoors (and not sitting at my desk). But life is about balance, yes?
