Do you ever wish you could go back and tell your younger self something you now know?
I would tell my younger self some version of this: Stop worrying! Though I guess I should also be telling my present self that same thing.
But also, when I think about going back to enlighten my younger self, I think about the hardest parts of my childhood and adolescence. The times when I either doubted myself or blamed myself for things that were never my fault. So I would say this: It’s not your fault!
